I think that tiny cluster of stars in the upper left is the Pleiades (aka the Seven Sisters). Now I feel like setting up my telescope. But there's too much ambient lighting here in Atlanta.
Yeah cities suck for astrophotography. I'm just far enough outside of Boston that I can see the group, I be closer to the city it would be much harder.
If it is clear tonight, I'll try to zoom in and get a closer picture. These were taken at the widest angle the lens had.
I don't have a very good look at the southern horizon where I am, though I could drive a short way and get a better look. I have not seem it yet, hopefully this Friday if it is clear and I'm away from the city.
